Vacek, Lange & Westerfield, P.C. is a Houston-based public accounting practice currently providing tax, accounting and management advisory services to individuals, partnerships, corporations, estates and trusts located principally in Texas. The Firm serves a client base of approximately 1,500 individuals and enterprises involved in various business endeavors: Oil and gas, automobile sales, real estate management/sales, retail sales, manufacturing, venture capital and others. The Firm also provides professional associations (primarily the legal, medical, brokerage, and insurance professions) a variety of services to suit their business needs.

The Firm presently consists of ten employees of which eight are professional staff, including six C.P.A.'s. The Firm is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
